Shipping and Returns Policy

I. Shipping Policy
Delivery Areas
We offer shipping within Poland, to all EU member countries and selected non-EU countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us at [email protected] so we can check shipping availability to your location.

Delivery Methods
Deliveries are made through reputable courier companies, the Polish Post Office or other logistics partners. Delivery time depends on the destination:

Poland: Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days.

EU countries: The expected delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Non-EU countries: Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and order size. They will be displayed when you place your order, before finalizing payment. Orders of a certain value may qualify for free shipping (see the promotions page for details).

Order Processing Time
Order processing begins after payment is confirmed. For tailor-made air shirts, production time is up to 20 business days. Express shipping (subject to availability) can be completed within 10 business days for an additional fee of 100 PLN. We make every effort to complete each order as quickly as possible with the highest quality.

Shipment tracking
Each shipment has a tracking number, so you can monitor its status in real time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Customs and Taxes
For international orders from outside the European Union, any additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by the recipient country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance.

II. Returns Policy
Right of Return
In accordance with Polish and EU consumer protection laws, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right does not apply to:

Tailor-made products (e.g. custom-made shirts).

Personalized products (e.g., items with monogram or individual designs).

Return Procedure
To initiate the return process, contact our customer service department at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once the return is accepted, we will provide instructions on next steps. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect.

Condition of Returned Goods
Returned products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging retained. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods show signs of use, damage or alteration.

Refunds
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are processed using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Made-to-measure products are not returnable unless they are defective or not as ordered.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@puffinaviation.com attaching a description and photo of the defect. Depending on the situation, we will offer to replace the product or refund your money.

Customers returning products from outside the European Union must clearly mark the package as “RETURN OF GOODS”. Failure to do so may result in the package being detained by customs, and customs fees may be deducted from the amount of the return.
